I am a NASM certified personal trainer, certified spin instructor, and leggings addict! I value workouts that are enjoyable, yet challenging, intuitive eating, family, and adventure. My favorite ways to get moving are running, resistance training, cycling, hiking, hot yoga, and walking my dogs. I started running when I was 8 years old and continued throughout college at a D1 university (go Dons!). My main events were the 1500m (4.33) and the 5k (16.42). Today, I love running 5ks, 10ks, and half marathons!
I like wine, beer, dark chocolate, peanut butter, and ice cream. I think life is best lived FULLY, and without restrictions. Balance, moderation, and trusting your intuitive signals is key. My goal as your personal trainer is to ensure your body and your mind are healthy and well. I want to empower you and guide you to a sustainable life change. No workout is easy, but we can make it fun!
