With over 37 years of dance experience, and 10+ years of teaching group fitness classes – I have dedicated my life to health, fitness, and dance.
Ever since going on my own fitness journey, I’ve been dedicated to helping other women find their confidence and inner strength through fitness.
My focus is on inspiring clients to connect deeply with their bodies. The awareness of oneself allows us to push the exploration of possibilities.
