I started lifting in 2016 and it helped me gain not just physical strength but inner strength. I was always stressed out and dealing with deep PCOS symptoms and lifting gave me something to look forward to. The gym was where I could really push myself out of this hole I felt I was in.
One of the epiphanies I’ve had over the years is that you can be your strongest self, UNAPOLOGETICALLY! However that may look like to you, as long as it allows you to grow: Mentally, Physically or Spiritually.
My focus is to have my clients feeling their strongest and maintain that through nutritional coaching! I love finding ways that are tailored to each client because everyone and every, “body” is different!
